iPhone acheté neuf en Apple Store semble être reconditionné

Je me retrouve sans telephone depuis plus de 2 semaines, car mon iPhone 11 Pro s'est était. En centre de reparation agrée Apple il s'avère que l'iPhone que j'ai acheté directement dans un apple store avait été vendu 4 mois au par avant, et reconditionné 2 mois avant la date de mon achat. Je tourne en rond a essayer de contacter apple support qui pour l'instant ne m'aide pas du tout. Suis-je la seule dans cette situation?

I bought a new iPhone from an apple store, it stopped working two weeks ago, in the apple repair centre they discovered that the machine had been sold 4 months before I bought it, and restored 2 months after that. I was effectively duped into paying full price for a brand new phone which was a restored one. Firstly this is completely unacceptable from Apple, but secondly I have spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to get support and nothing has come of it at all. I need the phone for my work and would expect a lot more from Apple. Am I the only one who has had an issue like this and has anyone any advice for how to actually get help instead of being passed from support to support, with promises of calls back that never happen.
