MX keys / MX Master 3 and Mac mini M1 BigSur

I have recently acquired a Mac mini M1 and then took the MX Master 3 and MX Keys from Logitech. Previously I had the Magic keyboard and the Magic Mouse, they were both working correctly, reason of my switch is purely to avoid having two keyboard (my Mac mini and the company laptop) or cable.

I have used for one or two days that keyboard MX without problem, today, Login screen of bigsur, no mouse moving, no keyboard. I had to plug the work usb keyboard to enter my credentials, and once in the system, keyboard and mouse is working (I'm currently typing with it). I don't get this ...

Is there anything I should do to make it available from the beginning? Magic Keyboard/Mouse were directly available (obviously) ... Also note that considering the poor amount of USB port I'm not using the Logitech dongle.
