Will an iPhone purchased in Canada work in Australia ?

I am planning a trip to Australia (6 months) with my cousin. I have a iPhone 13 Pro and he has an iPhone 10. We plan to replace our « Canadian » SIM cards with SIM cards and pre-paid package provided by an Australian carrier. Will our iPhones work properly over there? Will they be compatible with SIM and mobile services provided by one of the three major carriers in Australia (Telstra, Optus and Vodafone) ?
