Time screen is link to an old backup

How is it possible to my screentime to be linked to an old backup, without a backup?

I mean, i did not reset or whatever my phone since a couple of months.

And when i opened my screentime with my code, it’s not the actual one but the old one. And the name upleft is my old iPhone name.

Somebody can resolve this?
