Apple education discount applicable to a country other than the one your uni is from / shipping and in store pick up

I want to buy a mac air with the M2 chip with my UniDays discount, however every time I go to Apple education, I am redirected to apple.fr and I would like my Mac to be shipped to Spain where I live (however, Apple only ships to the country of the website domain). Is there any way to fix that? Could I buy the product in-store in Spain with my UniDays discount (even if I am in a French university)? And in the worst-case scenario, what would happen if I ship my parcel to an Apple store and I am late to pick it up?
