Apple watch locked on Icloud

I gave my friend my Apple watch series 3 for a week to my friend and he (not very smart guy) disconated my Icloud to put his on the watch. The problem is that he cannot remember the password (told you not very smart guy). So now i can’t do nothing with it. Please help me
