Payment for new phone

I’m trying to buy new phone and use the trade in option as well and I got one watch strap as well, something got wrong with the payment and only the strap was paid. I’m trying to repeat the payment, but for some reason it’s giving me the full amount again with the strap and I don’t want to pay second time for something I already paid
