Audio Denoise in FCPX

Hi, I need to reduce background sound (rain drops) in an interview video. I can see on Youtube there used to be a Denoiser plugin effect in FCPX but not now anymore...weird! How can I solve the problem today as it seems a very basic issue for video editors?
