Apple Notes broken links

not sure if I am doing well or if I am facing an issue / not planed behaviour, so I prefer share with you.

Didn't found any information around here, so not sure if it is a local (my location) or general problem.

Since this new function available, i am using a lot links between notes into Apple Notes.

But recently found that when moving a linked note (from a folder to another one), all links to this note are broken (error "unvailable note").

Tried the different ways to create the link (add a link or >>) but always getting the same result (broken link). Also tried on Mac OS and iOS (last revisions). Same result.

Do you confirm that ? am I doing wrong ? is this a bug or a normal behaviour ?
