Hello everyone, i had to buy an apple watch series 10 when i was on a trip to Qatar, and didnt activate it until i landed in Morocco, now that i did i can't get the ECG to be set from my iphone, it doesnt give me the hand to do so when actualy for someone who's regions settings are USA, can someone help me get this running please, i appreciate

For information, given that you activated the Apple watch in Morocco, you cannot activate it from this country. Reset your apple watch once you arrive in the USA.
