My name is Elena, and I have lost access to my Apple ID account because I no longer have my recovery key.
I still have access to both phone numbers linked to my Apple ID and to the email address associated with the account. However, when I try to reset my password, the system requires the recovery key, which I do not have.
This account belongs to me.
I can provide the email address, phone numbers, and serial number of the iPhone linked to this account (iPhone X, serial number: F*****************).
Please help me recover access or escalate this case to the security team.
