After updating to iOS 18.6 my Notes app is not working correctly. It is very slow to respond and opening notes, pressing the … or pressing and holding does not work some of the time. One particular, important, note will not open at all. This note

After updating to iOS 18.6 my Notes app is not working correctly. 

It is very slow to respond and opening notes, pressing the … or pressing and holding does not work some of the time. 

One particular, important, note will not open at all. 

This note is very large but has always opened fine before the update. 

I have no screen issues in any other app. 

I can move the note from on my phone to iCloud but it will not open in either folder. 

I have closed all apps and turned my phone off completely but this makes no difference other than I might be able to press and hold on said note or press the … to move it. 

Sometimes when the note is tapped it will go a slightly different shade, as though it is opening, but nothing happens even after leaving it until my phone sleeps.
