I have problem with my Appel account I don’t know I have to pay twice

II pay on 27 November and they cancel my membership and again I had to pay on 1 December because my google account was stopped from working and I have many work get stopped because of Appel and now when I pay for 2 time they ask me for 3 time again to pay like why and how this not accepted okay I’m asking for my refund gently and stop scamming my card payment I already pay why should I pay 3 times this is scam okay so please I want this problem to get fixed and I want my money back and stop asking for more that’s it thanks
