Hello, I wanted to subscribe to Duocards Premium but there was an error and there was not enough money on the card, of course the subscription was not credited to me, but it keeps trying to withdraw money from my card, I can't use any services because it blocks me due to the number of attempts to withdraw money from my card, I want to cancel this subscription, which I didn't even receive, besides, on the Apple website it offers me to cancel the subscription only if it is paid, but I can't pay for it due to these technical problems, and even download the program to pay comfortably, if I don't have money on the card, the program would have to cancel the subscription, which it didn't do, and it also didn't give me premium, because I was waiting for a trial period to understand if it suits me (which was mentioned in the description before purchasing the subscription)
