Phone problem

Hello Apple Support,

I own an iPhone 14 Pro and I have been experiencing a serious issue for about three months. My phone suddenly shuts down by itself several times during the day, even when the battery is not empty. When this happens, I have to turn it on manually.

The device has never fallen or been damaged, and I am not sure if the problem is caused by an application or a system issue.

I would appreciate your help to diagnose the problem and advise me on what I should do to fix it.

If you can, install the mobile Apple Support app and contact Apple using that. You can then optionally allow Apple technicians to have direct access to diagnostic data from your device.


If you cannot do that or the result is not conclusive, go to this page to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Apple Authorized Distributor (AAD) --> https://locate.apple.com/country


How to make a Genius Bar appointment

1. Go to https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/

2. Go to "Get hardware help".

3. Select your hardware and continue selecting options requiring replacing parts until you see "Bring in for Repair"

4. Sign in with your Apple ID
