Locked user account

My MacBook Air M1 user account is locked because I forget my password and I tried to login several times ,now by trying to use my recovery key it shows me your account is temporarily locked try again later and I’ve been waiting for more than 24h hours before retrying but it still show me the same issue, please help me

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 26.2
