Unauthorized Apple.com/bill charge of 19.99 USD

I am requesting a refund for an Apple.com/bill charge of 19.99 USD that appears on my bank account.

I did not authorize this transaction and I do not recognize it. After checking my Apple ID purchase history and subscriptions, I am unable to find this charge or any related subscription.

I believe my payment card may have been used without my consent on another Apple ID or account that I do not have access to.

I kindly request a full investigation and a refund for this charge.
