I’m experiencing an issue with the camera on my iPhone 13 Pro.

The problem is intermittent. Sometimes the camera works perfectly, but after a while the image freezes, turns black, or becomes very laggy. When recording videos, the recording may continue while the image remains frozen.

I also noticed that the camera works much better in Snapchat than in Apple’s Camera app. After updating to iOS 27.0 beta, the issue improved, but it has not been completely resolved.

I’ve already restarted my iPhone and tried the basic troubleshooting steps, but the problem still occurs.

Could you please help me determine whether this is a known software issue or a hardware problem? Is it possible to run a remote diagnostic on my device?
