Subject: Unable to sign out because my Apple Account is disabled

Hello Apple Support,

I recently created an Apple Account for my iPhone 11. Shortly after creating it, my Media & Purchases access was disabled. I requested a review, but my request was denied.

The account is still signed in on my iPhone. When I try to sign out, I enter my password, but I receive a message saying that my Apple Account is disabled. Because of this, I cannot remove the account from my iPhone or sign in with my new Apple Account.

I am the current owner of this iPhone and I would like your help to remove the disabled Apple Account from my device or allow me to sign out so I can use my new Apple Account.
