Hello, I am currently in France, but my Apple Account country is India. I have ₹200 remaining in my Apple Account balance, and I cannot spend it because it is less than the price of an available item. I need to change my country to France to download the Edenred+ app. Could you please help clear my remaining balance so I can change my country or region?
