Regarding your question, Apple Account balances generally cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account.

If you have €0.25 remaining in your Apple Account balance and would like to have it cleared, I recommend contacting Apple Support directly.

Please note that this is a user-to-user community. We are not Apple employees and cannot access your account or manually remove the remaining balance.
