autoconfig for IMAP clients

Hi, everyone

I work at an ISP. My question is basically the same as posted here and no definate reply. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6453430?start=0&tstart=0

I want iOS / MacOS (iPhone, iPADs and Mac Mail also) to automatically setup IMAP hosts for our customers when they setup their email accounts.

Strangely, it seems Apple does not follow RFC standards for autoconfig of IMAP accounts.

So autosetup of IMAP accounts only works for certain major ISPs that are listed in Apple's database. I couldn't find any information even how to add a domain to Apple's database.

Notice Im not referring to Activesync, this of course works. We want IMAP accounts to be autosetup at our ISP.

Please, Apple, reply to us.
