Iphone SE not working / recover data not backed up

My Iphone SE is stuck in the support apple com/iphone/restore and neither the itunes can repair it (error 27) and 2 or 3 softwares for data recovery. What to do? I really need some of the images and videos in the iphone memory that are not backed up
