why my apple id is disable ? Icant even make updates
how can I ifix this issue ?

Apple only disables Apple ID for 2 reasons:
1- You tried to put your ID password somewhere and wrote it wrong, more then twice.
2- You may have a problem with your payment method, and than Apple disabled your ID for security reasons.
If u tell me that u can't make updates, the second option is more likely to be the correct one. In this case, call AppleCare and ask them to re-activate your acc.
