Pergunta: the ipad could not be synced because the connection to the ipad was reset
Lately iTunes (Windows 10 build1709 v16299.64 ) stopped making manual Backups from my iPad Pro 12.9.
It starts the backup well, but somewhere in the process it aborts with the following message:
"the ipad could not be synced because the connection to the ipad was reset"
The result is a backup incomplete, that doesn't even show up in the lastest backup list of iTunes's manual backups.
I tried already some suggestions available around the net and some communities but none work.
Not the latest versions, I know... but I like those and do not wish to change that.
Besides, always did frequent manual backups in these version and they always worked well.
Have anyone already a solution?
