Monitor Dell U2715H - Color calibration with MacBook Pro

Hello there,

I just bought an external monitor from Dell U2715H and was trying to calibrate it correctly with my 2013 MB Pro 15'' but the colors just don't match...

I'm a graphic designer and color accuracy is very important to me. Can anyone help me out on this?
