Apple Music Family Membership - They want to make their own purchases without asking me permission

Hi everyone!

I have an Apple Music Family Membership for more than one year. Recently my family has been claiming that every single app they want to download, no matter if its free or not, they are required to complete with the code of my credit card. It sounds weird for me, besides being very inconvenient to them. They want to make their own purchases without asking me permission. This Family Membership should work for Apple Music in my view.

Can anyone give me some advice in this regard?
