I set up privacy and restrictions for my daughters iPads. I ticked not allow to download apps.
I then turned this off so they could download an app, but when I turn the restrictions back on, the newly downloaded apps disappear?!
how do I turn on the restrictions without them loosing apps?

It is not removed from your iPhone rather is hidden due to some other restrictions on your device based on the app category
