I have a strange problem ... When I apply a blur effect on a clip in my timeline, there is automatically a zoom effect and I can only see 10% of the image! What do you think ? Thank you for your help

You are applying an effect that is meant for 360º projects on a "normal" project.
These 360º effects are meant only for 360º projects.

My settings: 1920x1080|60p
Select the effects from the Blur category, instead of the 360º category, and all should be well.
