My macbook doesn't pronounce the hour

I set my new Macbook pro 16" 2021 (the chip is Apple M1 Pro) to tell the hour every quarter of an hour (using System Preferences running Ventura).

I have no sound problems but -even if I checked everthing to understand if I made a mistake- my macbook is completely mute when it should speak and tell the hour...

I always used this feature using my older Macbooks and I had no problems at all.

So I wonder if I did everything possible to solve the problem by myself or if I have to check my macbook going to an Apple Store.

What do you suggest to help me?
