Plagiarized game on app store

I have recently been getting repeated ads for a game called “War of Evolution”, but it seems to just be a plagiarized mobile version of the game Spore, with some added multiplayer “fight” options that also look like they’re stolen directly from other games. I’m not sure how to report this game as a fraud/scam (since that is literally what it is) or as plagiarism, but I find it very disappointing that it is readily allowed in the app store. Does anyone know of ways to contact Apple about this to have the game removed?
