how to find a podcast like bedtime stories to fall asleep witj

I’m totally illiterate about podcasts. The furthest I’ve gotten is I downloaded the Apple podcast app. How can I search for podcasts like e.g., bedtime stories to fall asleep to?

I have been in your shoes before. Follow these steps.

Open/launch the podcast app from your home screen
Tap 'search' in the menu at the bottom of your screen
Type the name or genre of the podcast you want to listen to . Eg 'bed time stories'
tap 'search' on the bottom right corner of ur keyboard
Tap on the podcast once you find the one you want and click subscribe.

There are many categories to choose from. For yourself, I recommend the 'Sleep' and 'Fiction' categories!
