Alarm clock doesn't ring

Hi all. After updating the apple watch s7 on watchos 10.4, the alarm stopped working. The screen shows that here is your alarm clock, wake up, and buttons to cancel or reschedule it. But there is no sound or tactile signals, although everything is turned on in the settings. Has anyone encountered this, how to solve it?
