how do i go back several years on my calendar to see all of my notes, appts and work history information?

If you exit out of the day/month you are in and go all the way to the overview of the whole year where you see the days of each month on your screen, you can scroll backwards to the year you are looking for and then click into the subsequent days of the months you are looking for and all your information should still be there. You can also use the search feature on calendar to search key words or dates such as "Work 2019."
