Audio files moved, but not midi

Every one of my audio files moved on the measure grid, and every one changed length. The files are stretched? Its not the tempo (dont forget they also moved), sample rate is 44.1.

The image below shows some audio files at weird lengths and weird positions. Yes my audio files were 140bpm as youll see, but they were already fixed to 120 with time and pitch machine. It worked for over a week.
