what chargers can I use with my AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with MagSafe Case (USB-C).

For charging my AirPods Pro case with a USB-C cable, what wattage chargers can I use? If I use a charger from a MacBook will that hurt the AirPods case? Can one ever use too high a wattage charger or does the USB-C only draw the current it needs?
