I cannot receive calls or text from my husband only. It goes straight to voicemail and he cannot even leave a message. There is no history of his call at all. Tried many of the various suggested fixes, but nothing has worked.

Have you accidentally blocked his number? Open your contacts app. Find his contact, tap edit and scan to the bottom to see if he's blocked?
Do you and you husband share the same Apple ID?
