Yep, most likely Malware. To make sure that nothing is running on startup you can post the files located in these 3 folders. To get to the folders, go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder, and paste each location in there. Don't forget the "~" character at the start of the second folder:
/Library/LaunchDaemons
~/Library/LaunchAgents
/Library/LaunchAgents
Where are you seeing the plist?
