Anyone see this weird plist in a MacBook Air running macOS Sonoma?

Has anyone seen this one before com.YdfeLVwz.plist?

Yep, most likely Malware. To make sure that nothing is running on startup you can post the files located in these 3 folders. To get to the folders, go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder, and paste each location in there. Don't forget the "~" character at the start of the second folder:

/Library/LaunchDaemons

~/Library/LaunchAgents

/Library/LaunchAgents
