Printer Utility Seems to Be Missing (Ventura 13.4, Epson ET-3760 Printer)

I need to realign the print heads on my printer but when I go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners > [my printer] > Options & Supplies, "Utility" is missing, and all the options for cleaning the heads, printing test pattern, etc.

It's not a big deal because I can do all of this from the printer itself, but I used to be able to do it right from the computer, and I'd like to be able to do that again. Feels like my Mac has stepped backward in functionality.
