"Psoriasis will damage your computer"

Hi! For the past few days I've been receiving a Finder pop-up that says "Psoriasis will damage a computer." I've moved the "Psoriasis" application to the trash everytime it pops up and emptied it, but it keeps coming back. A few months ago I had the same problem with the "Pipidae" app, but after following the instructions to remove it from an expert here it was gone.

Can someone please help me remove it and understand what is happening in my computer for this problem to have occurred twice?

Thank you!

You can also post screenshots of these 3 folders. Do this by going to Finder > Go > Go to Folder and paste each location in the text box. Don't forget the "~" character in one of those locations.
