Unable to permanently delete iCloud messages on my iPhone 15

Hello!

When push on the icloud messages sync with old messages and appear to app (3000 messages) Then i deleted permantly but icloud messages in settings say half leave! Why? Also when i deleted all together and send me one person appear all history of messages (while i deleted permantly)
