How do I retrieve my Apple ID?

how do I retrieve my apple ID? I can't retrieve information.

Cant log on with retrieving Processes and resets. Just at a lost. Just a very confusing process any help would be very grateful and appreciated.

When you say “retrieve” please add detail as to what pop up message you are seeing when your effort fails. Are you seeing that your Apple ID is locked, inactive or what? Have you entered your Apple ID and Password? If yes, what message did you get?
