Focus on MacBook turns on randomly
Focus seems to turn on randomly and there doesn't seem to be anyway to turn it off or disable it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

You turn off Focus by going to the Control Center and tapping on the circular picture on the Focus button.
To determine why Focus is coming on, go to Settings>Focus and tap on each one. Delete any that you don't need. For the others, to Set a Schedule and make sure that there are no schedules or Smart Activations enabled. Also, check to make sure you don't have any wallpapers set for a particular focus.
Thank you. I have no schedules, no filters, no "smart" activations. It just seems to turn on randomly for no particular reason. Just to confirm, if it is on for no apparent reason, I can turn it off in the Control Center.
Thanks again!

Do you have any other Apple devices using the same Apple ID? Are you by any chance sharing an Apple ID? If so, do you have "Share Across Devices" enabled.
I have a MacBook Air which uses the same Apple ID, but I am not sharing the ID. I do not have "Share Across Devices" enabled.
Thanks again, you are a gem.
