Hey there,
few days ago i had almost 4000 photos and the photos had 83gb and i managed to delete 3500 photos, however i checked the Iphone storage and i saw that It didn’t free as I thought it was still at 70gb???
how can i free all of the space taken?

Sometimes it takes awhile for the storage counter to catch up. Sometimes re-starting the phone will make it do a new count, but I've seen it not. You can try a force-restart this way:

Deleting the photos probably just moved them to the Recently Deleted album – which you can think of as being like the Trash on a Mac, or Recycle Bin on a PC. This gives you a chance to change your mind if you delete something, and then immediately regret deleting it.
You won't get the space back until the photos are permanently deleted, which happens
whichever comes first.
Note that with iCloud Photos, deleting a photo on any device is taken as a request to delete photos on ALL devices connected to that iCloud Photos account, and to delete the copies in iCloud. So if you delete 4000 photos thinking that you're not losing anything because they're "safe in iCloud", that is not the way it works.

and since I deleted them i also did remove them from the recently deleted, but it didn’t help or decrease the space taken..
Deleted photos does not really free space as i thought,
