Sharing Nikon RAW from Photos app

I'm currently using a Nikon Z5 camera and an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I transferred the RAW photos from my camera to my phone through the Nikon Snapbridge app. In the Photos app, it showed the correct 26MB size for the particular RAW photo. But when I wanted to share the photo through Telegram, it was reduced to 2.5MB. This downgrade in size happens for all my RAW photos.

I even tried to "send as file" when sharing on Telegram.

Please help.
