Created stickers will not delete. Cannot create new stickers.

Stickers that I was able to create a long time ago will not delete.

Holding my finger on the sticker will bring up the menu to delete them. Pressing delete then makes them disappear in a puff of dust. But, if I click on another app for their stickers and click back onto custom stickers -- the stickers I just deleted are back.

To top things off... any NEW stickers I try to create layer over the very first sticker I made and then and then disappear. It does not save them. I watch them poof from existence without any help on my end to get rid of them. They simply... disappear as if they didn't exist in the first place. No puff of dust. Just -- gone.

I've been having this issue for a few years, back when stickers were first introduced. Nothing works; I've done all the googling and reddit forums I can find. I'm at my wits end trying to enjoy a feature on my phone that I simply cannot use.

Please, help...
