Enabling self-signed certificates in iOS 17.4.1 not working

I followed the steps mentioned in article Enabling self-signed certificates in iOS … - Apple Community.

But it still said "This Connection Is Not Private", and I press "Show Details" then view the certificate, the certificate serial number is same as the one I installed and trusted.

I have reopened Safari, even relaunched the device, but the issue still here.
