My Wi-fi only works when i turn off private address

My Wi-fi only works when i turn private address and i want a private wifi address but with my wifi obviously. Everyday at around 9pm my Wi-fi experiences these issues. I checked in general in the abkut section for the Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi address is different then the one of Private Addresses one. When i thrn Private Address off its the same as the one shown in general. Please help
