Storage being consumed without any actual files in it

Hi

I got a macbook pro 2019 with 371gb of storage in total but my mac says that about 195gb of that is being used by documents.

Now, I would like to clear that storage and use that for some other purposes. Hence, I tried to delete larger files which i don't need anymore but there's nothing that big. Where is my storage going?
