App charged me without subscription

Hello, I have been charged £9 for a app call videoleap. I didn’t know I was subscribed to this so went to cancel on my settings, but it’s not listed as a subscription on my settings and the app itself as offloaded (showing I don’t use it). How can I cancel this membership and get a refund?
